1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to define the company’s quality policy of Procesni Inženiring in a clear and as concrete a manner as possible.
The quality policy provides a general foundation and guidance for decision-making in day-to-day work and at all levels of company operations, especially those related to quality. It defines the scope and limits of what is acceptable when making decisions aimed at carrying out specific activities. It serves as a basis for addressing everyday situations and recurring issues that need to be resolved on an ongoing basis.
