Burner sets

“When the updates to burner sets are the result of extensive experience.”

Custom made to order.

We can refurbish an old device, modernize it, ensure safety standards are met or create sets for the devices created by manufacturers of ovens, dryers, channel burners etc.

With our vast experience and technological expertise we can help select the correct type of burner, saving you a lot of energy (costs) and troubles.

If you need help determining the strength of the burner, we will gladly help determine that for you as well.

Based on the application we can advise on the preferred way of burner remote control and also help determine elements for the use of waste heat, if applicable.

All burner sets are selected in accordance with the EN 746 standard on industrial thermal-processing equipment and equipped with the required safety components.

Based on the amount of burners we differentiate between a single burner set or a set of multiple burners.

In terms of remote control we can differentiate between stoichiometric combustion burners, for use in an oxidation atmosphere, reduction atmosphere, constant air and preheated air atmospheres.

An example of a single burner set, equipped and safety monitored in accordance with EN 746. The scheme shows the basic demands, to which specific demands need to be added, stemming from the safety analysis of the system.

The type of burner intended to heat boilers, ovens and dryers is usually an impulse burner. We choose a high-temperature system burner with a stronger impulse in order for our high-temperature systems to achieve a better atmosphere mixing.

LOW NOX burners

“An effective reduction of Nox issues.”

Based on the temperature in the device and the potential NOx issues, we can also choose the “low NOx” regime.

This type of a burner requires special remote control, as the use of the “Low Nox” regime is tied to the operational temperature that should exceed 850°

The burner flame in this instance is no longer present in the burner, but is moved into the oven instead where gas is emitted at a lower temperature, practically without a flame, reducing the formation of NOxes.

Channel burners

“Compactness and adaptability to the channel. Heating the air in the channels. CHANNEL BURNERS”

Intended to heat channel air.

Used for preparing the warm air for processes (in the paper industry, dryers, artificial ageing) or for preparing the substitute air.

Their unique feature is their compactness and adaptability to the channel.

Through their design they help to achieve an even temperature along the intersection.

As they come with a built-in ventilator, they can be used under negative pressure or slight excess pressure.

The power in circuits is remote controlled, the power balance on the other hand is very flexible.
